Thing is it has to be used sensibly. When I was tearing around doing a thousand jobs I had two teaspoons in each cup of tea or coffee.
Now I don't have such a hectic life I have half a teaspoon.

no I prefer Honey but if it is a special occasion and sugar cubes are available I will use sugar then but when I have a cup of chi tea then I use soy milk to make a half and halfHealth Question & Answer
