hey man, you need to take in more calories than you burn in a day. Increase your calorie intake with healthy foods. Ones that are nutrient dense (have lots of quality vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbs without added fat).Make sure that you increase protein and carbs, you are gunna want to take in at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb of your weight. i would not take in more than 3500 calories to start, and thats quite a bit, if that is not enough increase 300-500.
