Question: Beta-Alanine, fitness breakthrough or fad.?
So I have found plenty of references praising this stuff, not alot de-bunking it for any other reason than to say that it makes your skin tingle. That is a side effect and doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't do what it claims. What is weird though is that the Wikipedia entry on it sites about 6 references, but all the references are to studies by the same doctor RC Harris! So is this guy on the payroll of some supplement company.? Why is no one else researching this and why does the wiki entry feel so biased.? This is the first time in about 1000 searches on wiki that I have found such a one sided entry on a subject.Health Question & Answer
