Question: Could I lose 2 pounds a week doing this.?
If I ate 1200 calories per day in mostly natural foods (fruits vegetables whole grains and lean protein like fish and chicken) do you think I could lose 2 pounds per week.? I may do some occasional exercise such as pilates or the elliptical machine, but not frequently. Do you think I would lose 2 pounds a week just cutting the calories to 1200.?Health Question & Answer

i dont know how many calories you are eating right now and how much of a difference its gonna make.. so its 3500 calories for every pound you wanna lose..
and if you dont wanna exercise then all of this should come from your diet.. so if you wanna lose 2 pounds you need to cut back 7000 calories in 7 days.. thats 1000 calories per day!!!

probably. ...the fastest and best way i lost weight was by having fruit for lunch or dinner and then an actual meal for the other. i didn't really have sweets and i lost like 15 pounds in around a month if not a week more. ..if you do that for awhile and exercise you can maintain it, tooHealth Question & Answer
