Sit ups do amazing things for abs let me tell you.
I do 100 sit ups at night. It works!
The best way to go, is eat FRUITS and VEGGIES! they have such high water content they do not have many calories AT ALL, and you fill up quickly. One helping of carbs a day... maybe one of meat or protein so you don't pass out, i found i COULD NOT go without carbs... I just wanted to pass out.. it was horrible.
I am 5'6" and was 125-126... now I'm about 117-118.
