Sometimes your body changes based on what you consume throughout the day. For example, if you're drinking a lot of water on some days, you'll tend to feel fuller than if you weren't drinking much of anything at all.

It could also be that you don't have a protein metabolism and your body needs more carbohydrates. Carbs usually fill a person up for quite some time but if they have a protein metabolism, they end up feeling hungry within an hour or so. I think your situation is the complete opposite.Health Question & Answer

Targetted weight reduction is quite hard, many people would say impossible, however the only diet that definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I lost 25 pounds, it definitely does produce success!Health Question & Answer

Depends what you eat during the day, some things are more filling than others. Don't worry unless you start to become underweight...your body will let you know what it wants when it wants it...Health Question & Answer
