Question: How can I be sure my dieting will pay off.?
I feel like I'll never get as skinny as I want. I wish there was someone who could assure me that I'll get the body I want in the end if I do such and such.

I want to have a body similar to this (http://www.nemesismatrix.com/cybertron/t... but I have thick ankles and calves, so I just feel like "what's the point.?"

Even if I lost some weight, it probably wouldn't make much of a difference. I would still have thick ankles, calves, and probably big hips. It's so depressing that I don't even want to try.Health Question & Answer

Nope, you're absolutely wrong.

You may think you have thick ankles and calves now, but everyone has a "thin" version of themselves that they can be. For many, it takes more work and dedication than others to get to that point.

But your proportions aren't permanent, it's all in the way your body carries fat. Everybody's body is different. What is important is that you eat to be healthy first then exercise everyday to keep fit.Don't give up. You will feel better about yourself believe me. or do you want to keep trying, and possibly look better.

Giving up won't do anything for you. It takes a lot of dedicated time and work to lose weight. Eat the right foods, and do the right exercises, and over time you will see a difference.

Giving up is just an excuse for being lazy.
