What's the best amount of hours to sleep in a day ?!


Question: What's the best amount of hours to sleep in a day .?
I go to school (well will be in five days) and last year i always found getting up at 6:50am so damn hard.

I had to get up that time everyday because my bus would come at 7:30 and i would have to get ready before that time and walk there, which takes about 10 minutes.

I really don't have time to make breakfast, so i end up always skipping it.

I usually go to sleep around 11pm and stay awake for an hour and actually sleep at 12.

Is this bad.? Why is it so hard to wake up after 7 hours of sleep.?Health Question & Answer

dude thats enough sleep, but honestly eat breakfast, when you have a good meal in the morning you normally feel a lot less tired, what works well for me is a SHOWER as well, that nearly keeps me awake in maths class lolHealth Question & Answer

General belief is that you should always get at least 8 hours of sleep, but something like 9 is even better. You'll find you'll do better in school with the more sleep you get.

6 : 50 is damn hard lol but it is easier if you organise yourself better from 7 to 11. An average adult needs about 8 hours of sleep a day although it differs between physical body mass and age. Try to go to bed 10 and that way you'll be asleep at 11. Good luck.Health Question & Answer

i get up at 645am daily for work

i get about 6-7h sleep which is enough for me

You need 8 full hours of sleep. In your case sleep at 9PM, wake up at 5AM and you still have enough time to prepare for your breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.Health Question & Answer

Generally humans from age 3 to 16 should sleep at least 8 hours ,
