Does dancing help losing weight?!


Question: Does dancing help losing weight.?
I'm trying to lose some weight. I'm not fond of running or other kind of exercice. So i was wondering if dancing for fun in my room or somewhere else could help.?Health Question & Answer

Of course it does, any kind of sports does and dancing is considered one!
Why does it help you loose weight.? wELL IT IS BECAUSE WHILE YOU ARE DANCING, YOU ARE USING ENERGY IN ORDER TO DO THAT AND THUS ARE BURNING FATS AND SUGAR!
And the only difference that has with sports it is that you are actually exercising without even noticing it because you are having fun!
Anyway, 1hour of dancing per day(i mean real moving not slow dancing) could helpyou burn around 400to500 calories which is huge . By the way, the more youweigh, the more you burn!!!
