I've recently lost weight, and i'm now wanting to tone my stomach up. I'm a beginner, i do no sit ups or anything. What should i be doing.? How often and how many a day.? Thank you :)Health Question & Answer

Try a pyramid routine. Start with 5 sit ups, wait about 2 minutes then do 10 sit ups, wait 2 minutes and do 15...etc. Just starting you should make it up to 15 or 20..then work your way back down..do your 15/20, wait 2 minutes, do 10 wait 2 min do 5..etc. As it gets easier add a few more to each set and work your way up to a top bracket of 50. If you hit a stage that you cant complete, say your trying to do 10 but only make it to 8, just go ahead and do your rest period and try again with your next rung. It is rough at first but it does get easier. You can do the same thing with leg lifts for your lower belly.Health Question & Answer

wat you have to do is be 100% sure your doing them correctly
the one that me and my mates were doing was the number ten plank exercise it was really effective with sit ups
