Question: Hey how can i get toned and lose weight fast before summer .?
i am 5'4 i weigh 145 i want to weigh 115 , i don't look huge in pictures i actually look good but i want to lose weight and get a nice flat stomach but i still want to be curvy like a Victoria's Secret model for summer any (the pic below is how i want my belly to be )so any advice/exercise

1. the most important thing that works very well for me is NOT eating or drinking anything but water or green tea after 7 in the evening, i myself lose about 3 pounds by doing it only for 2 days. it is a great method. my mom also tried it and lost about 30 pounds in 2 months,
2. the second most important is avoiding foods like cookies, muffins, crackers, (even things like special k,...) , and coca cola, soda, fruit juice that is done in the factories (not those at home),
3. the third always eat break fast but not things like cereals and muffin , instead you want to eat a peace of whole grain bread with some low fat cheese and some nuts,
4. fourth, drink a lot of water during the day,
5. fifth get enough night sleep.
6. try to walk about 10 mins every morning to make your metabolism start quickly and burn fat quickly.
7. eat enough fruits and vegetables each day.

but dont forget, the fist three can work like a miracle, as they did for me, my mom, and my cousin.
now they are in low normal weight, and i'm underweight just by this method.

115 is a little small and thin is not in anymore. With that said, what I use is an acai berry supplement and work out 3 times a week. I am losing 7-10 lbs a month doing that. I also take a shot of apple cidar vinegar and that helps with cleansing.Health Question & Answer

Since you want to weigh 115 pounds you should just start eating like a 115lb person......the amount of calories that a 115lb person who is sedentary takes in is 1568, so you should consume 1568calories a day divided up between 3 meals and 2 to 3 snacks (what is nice is that you are training your body to only eat a certain amount of calories and day and you won't be starving yourself which means that you will stick with it for life).....just doing that will make you lose weight, but if you start changing what you eat to healthier options you will lose weight faster without having to exercise....and if you exercise you will lose the weight faster and tone up....one good exercise is walking at least 30 minutes a day and you should do the exercises in the two videos below a couple times a week (and you will see results quickly but in a healthy way)

also, make sure you keep track of your calories so that you don't go over your allotted amount.
