People say i eat healthy but i always feel bad about what i eat?!

Question: People say i eat healthy but i always feel bad about what i eat.?
i'm recovering from anorexia and lately feel really guilty about my supposedly healthy eating habits. what do you think of what i ate today.?
i did 1 hr of weight lifting, 40 min of yoga and about 20-30 min ab exercises like crunches, planks etc. i drank 2 litres of water.
breakfast: homemade smoothie (contains 1 banana, 5 strawberries and about 1/4 cup raspberry yogurt), 1/2 cup oj
lunch: 1 grilled peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat (fried in very little peanut oil), 1/2 cup milk
snack: 1 apple
dinner: annie's whole wheat pasta in cheese sauce (all organic, about 280-300 calories), 1 cup salad or peas, 1 cup v8 juice
snack: 1/2 cup apple sauce, 2 small sugar cookies (about 2 inch squares)
do i have reason to feel like a pig, or are my anorexic ways messing with my mind again.? i really don't want to go back to how i was and that's why i'm checking.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
this is very healthy eating, and i'd say your views are definitely skewed by a past with anorexia. keep reminding yourself that you're fueling your body so it can run well for a long, long time--you should never feel like a pig for respecting your bod :)Health Question & Answer

I think that you are eating fine. Considering you were anorexic I understand where you might think that your over eating. If you are really concerned I would see a nutritionist. They would definitely be able to help you.Health Question & Answer

This is VERY healthy. Continue like this and don't worry anymore. I wish i could eat like that.
