I advice on my eating habits. I am so sick of this
I honestly feel so guilty and fat right now..I ust had dinner about an hour ago. Ive been trying to add about 50 calories more to my daily meal plan because I am severly anemic and have dangerously low estrogen levels because of no body fat..Im trying to get this all fixed, but I just feel like a fat*** pig. Please help me.

today Woke up late so
-90 calorie whole wheat wrap, grilled chicken patty, lettuce, mustard. Serving organic pretzels. One pear, apple, 15 grapes. Luna bar.
-750 calories

then I ran 4 miles on elliptical, 200 crunches, leg lifts, 8 minute toning video for hips. and then I ran .6 on the treadmill. Cant run much due to injury though.

Dinner is what made me feel like CRAP
-1 cup whole wheat organic pasta
-80 calorie tilapia fillet
-1 cup steamed veggies
-1 one, 1 apple, 15 grapes
-vitatop muffin (100 cal)


so about 1450 calories. but I feel so fat and disgusting and like im gaining weight! I HATE THIS
im sorry this is SO freaking long, I just need advice. am I eating too much for what my exercise is.?
im about to run 1/2 a mile more and walk a little because I just feel so horrible. What should I change to my meal plan.?
I normally eat breakfast

okay this is going to be harsh but you need to hear it...

I see you post this everyday over and over again. I'm not so worried about you anymore but other people looking at this. When other recovering anorexics see this they will flip out and think they need to diet and exercises as much as you do.. Its what anorexics do, they see other people's extreme diet and fitness scheduals and feel they need to be that or worse. you don't eat enough, and i know you post this just to hear that. What makes you feel guilty is this site. This is Diet and fitness... Fat people should be on here and people trying to loose. You need to live your life and stop freaking out about exercising and calories your 17! Do you have a social life.? or do you post your eating and exercising on Yahoo answers every night and wait for some Dumb Fat chicks to tell you your anorexic.

Now I know i'm being a Hipocrite because i do the same thing. but i stopped b/c i know that people like you or others will look at my eating and excercising and compare themselves to my anorexic ways, and eat less calories or excercise more. So dont do this for the sake of your own mental health but for the others out there who your making feel guilty. I hope you get well i will pray for you, i'm really sorry for being so harsh. I have excercise buliema so i understand but i wouldnt want anyone to know what i do and how i'm so skinny (under 90 some days 5'4) b/c i dont want them to follow my ways and die.Health Question & Answer

5'5 and 108 lbs.?.? How can you even feel close to being fat! Im 5'3 and about 118 lbs, and Im nowhere near fat.. Try drinking A LOT of water, it cleans out your system and makes you feel good :)Health Question & Answer

It sounds like what you think of yourself is a poor image. This sounds a bit like orthorexia

you're fine, though. every teenage girl that I know of is extremely self consious about their bodies. but with your height and weight, you sound pretty skinny. so your body is great, but your mind isn't.

I would suggest looking into your feelings and think why do you think you're so fat and feel awful. there's probably a reason on an emotional or mental level. I would also look into orthorexia support groups. orthorexia is becoming the new anorexia. and you should get help.
