hi,

in movies often someone trying to reach peak fitness starts sculling raw eggs at 4am. i have some questions about this

1) how is it good for you.?
2) is the white and yolk same goodness.?
3) is raw better than cooked.?
4) if i enjoy eating eggs at 4am how many is a good idea.?

*im pretty fit, don't have high blood pressure/cholesteroll or any other ****.
