Question: Easy healthy snacks I can have throughout the day.?
I always seem to be hungry and it hasn't been a problem until recently, when I got an office job, sitting at a desk all day long, 5 days a week! Any suggestions.?Health Question & Answer

eat every 3hrs it keeps me satisfied
good snacks
cottage cheese
nuts (non roasted is best cuz no sugars used in it)
yogurt
turkey sandwich
salad
hard boiled eggs
small bags of popcorn
any fruits or vegetables (some dressin if u want)
drink water or black coffee or tea

I agree with many of the answers provided, but remember, too, that regular exercise is a natural appetite suppressant!

Like you, I'm strapped to a desk all day long and discovered a workout site that gave me great ideas for exercising while at work, which also helped reduce the amount of crap I was looking to eat to pass the time. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

At local supermarkets they have bags of dry fruit,nuts and other healthy stuff.Buy those and place it in your bag.Keep your bag close so you can grab them whenever you like.

Protein bars are filling and packed with good stuff. Almonds and peanuts are great too. Of course vegetables too. But, water, for me at least, really knocks off the hunger pangs. I drink a lot of green tea which seem to help too.Health Question & Answer
