What are some small steps one could take to begin getting healthier?!

Question: What are some small steps one could take to begin getting healthier.?
I am not overweight, nor am I unhealthy.

But I have a history of high cholesterol and high blood pressure in my family. I am young, and want to make good habits for life. I don't exercise as much as I should, and don't eat all too well, but I am trying to learn to cook.

I stress the SMALL part, especially. I am not making any major changes right now. Thank you!Health Question & Answer

Easiest one I know of is to get in more sleep, so trying going to bed 30 minutes to an hour earlier than normal. If you are tired, you tend to crave carbohydrates and drink caffeine in the morning, which then undermines your diet goals. You could also try meditation - I've seen some programs suggesting just 8 minutes a day can help you. So, that's it, I can suggest anything smaller than lying down early or sitting still more, lol!Health Question & Answer

Exercising helped me to lose lots of weight once I joined it along with using acai berry. I understand they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too.
