How can I use my weight to build muscle?!


Question: How can I use my weight to build muscle.?
I don't have any weights. What can I do to build muscle using my own weight.?
I have an I-beam in my basement that I can do pull-ups on. Other than that and push-ups what can I do.?

Keep with the pull ups and push ups. They're the best way to build muscle. also, you can do sit ups and on your I-Beam you can do flex arm hangs. If you have a regular schedule of pull ups and push ups, keep going and increase the amount you do every day, you'll build muscle.Health Question & Answer

Chinups. Like pullups, but they are with palms facing towards you, rather than away. Once you can do a lot of pullups (15 maybe), start adding weight. Take a dictionary or something heavy and hold it in between your legs as you do pullups.

Search around the internet for some gymnastics moves. Almost all of what they do is strictly bodyweight, and a lot of that can be done without any equipment. Take pistols for example. They are squats, while only standing on one leg. They are a lot harder than they sound.Health Question & Answer
