Should i be concerned about my weight? please read all of this post.?!

Question: Should i be concerned about my weight.? please read all of this post..?
my mom and her sisters have high metabolism. she was 95 lbs at 23.

when i was in the first grade, i weighed 30 lbs. i was 78 lbs in high school. i was 95 lbs up until 3 years ago. now i am 112, which drops down to 105 lbs every now and then. but i have a gut and a chin, and everybody sees them.

i have a small frame, and i know what my weight is suppose to be for my height, but i just need to tone up. but how do i get rid of the chin without looking anorexic again.?

i am happy with my weight. i have a booty now. i do not like the chin. i can live with it. i just do not want to wake up one day and i blowed up! i am 25 years old and my height is 5'1.

i do not need any bitter comments from anyone who is not happy with your weight. i got them my whole life and i have no time for it anymore. so do not waste your time.

i am not here for anyone to tell me to get some esteem. i am not here for that. i am not here saying i am fat. i am far from fat. i am wondering if i should eat healthier before my metabolism gets out of hand, and how do i get rid of this unsightly chin!Health Question & Answer

I understand. When you have a small frame, extra pounds can really make a difference.

It's not a bad idea to eat healthier. Whether you are fat or skinny, you will feel better. Avoid trans fats, saturated fats. Limit how much sugar you eat. Make sure you get daily servings of fruits and vegetables. Cut down on carbs - eat whole grains.

I think you are on to something when you say that you need to tone up. Join a gym or do some kind of regular strength training exercise. Work out 3-4 times a week. If you can build muscle, the flabbier parts of you will go away without making you look anorexic. You will just look healthy. also, muscle helps maintain your metabolism.

Good luck! You seem to be very thoughtful abou this. Just start making little changes day by day to your diet and work some regular strength training in your routine, and you will be on your way to a healthy lifestyle!Health Question & Answer

Speak with a dermatologist...they can tell you about firming techniques. I don't know how easy it is but I do believe there are exercises for the facial muscles.Health Question & Answer

First of all, don't compare yourself with your Mom or sisters. That will only lead to an eating disorder. You sound thin to me. I'm 5'8" and 150 or so. Kind of curvy. I don't consider myself fat but by your family's ideas, I'm sure they would consider me obese. Get a new hairstyle if you feel your face is too full. A new hairstyle will do wonders for your double chin. You sound great and don't let anyone in your family tell you otherwise.Health Question & Answer
