ok so i want to lose weight around my stomach but i dont want to lose my butt or boobs

the best thing to lose weight around you stomach is pretend you got a hula hoop and move you hips around like 100 times a day..
and do push ups about 50 a day. and stretch a lot..

Squats are not necassarily for your stomach. They are for your butt and thigh area. It may help your stomach a little bit because while you are doing the squats, you should pull your stomach muscles in. But i reccomend doing crunches, those really work for me. When I do them, I do about 400-500. Regular crunches, side crunches, all of that.Health Question & Answer
