Question: Do i need to restrict more calories.?
can i loose wieght by eating under 2000 calories a day or do i have to restrict more. I dance Master ballet 3 times a week and run 8 miles under an hour 4 times a week. I also strength train. I usually eat under 2,000. Do i need to restrict more.?Health Question & Answer

you have to get better from anorexia. you are far too thin , far far far, i saw your picture and frankly if you don't gain some weight then it could lead to horrible things in the future . you have to gain the weight and then think of the mental side . you are on here constantly asking diet questions. i had anorexia and binge eating and now am free from both though i do occasionally binge. i am 5-6 and 130 and wish i could be 120 but does not ruin or control my life like it seems to you and you have TO STOP NOW! please sweetie, what is anorexia .? what do you see in it.? why is thin so important .?. keep asking yourself these questions.? you gotta get better one day , so why not now!!!!Health Question & Answer

If you are trying to mantain your weight, you can eat anywhere between 2000-2500. if you are trying to lose weight i would eat around 1500.Health Question & Answer
