Need replacements for chocolate and snacks ?????!


Question: Need replacements for chocolate and snacks .?.?.?.?.?
hi

I barely feel hungry anymore so coz i dont feel hungry i dont eat but when i see others eating i wanna eat something or when im not busy and just sitting there i wanna eat EVEN though im not hungry

when i am bored i normally go to the cupboard and snack on 5 to 6 bars of chocolate then decide to have a tin of ravioli or mac. and cheese becasue that will keep me busy for a while, while i make it.

i dont wanna snack on choclate or rubbish anymore i thought about fruit but it is the same flavours all the time . i also thought about snacking on pickled eggs and gerkins ( i love pickled eggs and gerkins )

but not sure if too many are bad .?.?.?


what else could i snack on or do you have any ideas that could keep me busy or stop me eating when i am bored (comfort eating) going out is fine but unless my mind is distracted and my hands are busy i will eat anything

when you eat sweets too much you will crave salty savoury food like macaroni cheese, ravioli etc.. nd then this same cycle will start again . sweet, savoury , sweet , savoury... just have one chocolate at a time and eat slowly and enjoy it. or instead of chocolate eat dried fruit like apricots. prunes.3 apricots only 50 cals, 3 prunes only 45 cals. or just eat brown bread and some honey on it. bake some apples with cinnamon on them. and soy milk cream. thats very low on calorie than the normal cream.Health Question & Answer

i find myself snacking sometimes too try going to holland and barrats they have some nice healthy snacks. some fruit like apples oranges and pears do get really boring try star fruit, kiwis, lychees when there in season just experiment with the different types of fruits not just the main standard ones. or you could take up a hobby to deal with the boredom.

A snack and a cheatmeal without a lot of the bad stuff...

I eat them all the damn time, 2 a day maybe.. I eat 2 at a time for one of my 6 meals an hour before I workout and I get energy like no other.. Hope you try some..

also, almonds, tuna, salmon, boneless skinless chicken breasts, peanut butter, and eggs are some of the most protein/nutrient dense foods out there.. gotta have that protein, those amino acids and them omega 3's man... hope you hang in there, temptation is a Pain in the you kno what, but I know where you're coming from. I like microwave popcorn when I'm in a "salty snack" mood. Good alternative to chips, etc... Orville Redenbacher's Natural 50% Less Fat variety has no artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors and is relatively low in calories & fat, while being high in fiber.

I satisfy a sweet tooth with apple slices & a wee bit of peanut butter, a small scoop of fat-free frozen yogurt (tons of different flavors to choose from these days), or I make not-so-bad-for-you cupcakes that I have on hand for a snacking emergency. Blend 1 box of cake mix with 1 can of diet soda, bake in muffin tins as directed on box and VIOLA! Low in calories & none of the fat you would normally have from the oil and eggs the package calls for. No frosting, obviously, but I don't really miss it... If you can't live without chocolate and snacks, that's okay! Endulge, just don't overdo it. If you quit snacking cold turkey you probably won't last and end up completely bingeing.

Try rice cakes, they have so many new flavors. I like the chocolate drizzle- and i put em in the freezer they taste soo good after a workout.

Grapes are another good one, you can eat and eat and eat :)

Try a negative calorie food like celery or carrots. This means that it actually costs your body more calories than it's taking in.
