Answers:
Eat eat eat! You probably think you're eating enough, but I doubt you are.

6 meals a day is good. Eat lots of oatmeal, chicken, tuna, lean beef, veggies, fruit, nuts, eggs, whole grains, potatoes, etc.
Don't eat anything fried or anything. Avoid foods high in sugar. Exercise - doesn't matter what you do, as long as you're moving around.
This way, all the weight you gain will be healthy weight to give some muscle on your bones. Don't eat crap or you'll just stay extremely skinny everywhere - except your stomach, which will be fat.

PS Ignore all advice that people will undoubtedly post saying "eat sugar" or "eat junk food and don't exercise"
People here can't seem to differentiate healthy weight from being fat.Health Question & Answer

Melting calories was much easier for me when I began trying out acai berry. I understand they say that pills do not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they've been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too.
