It does work. I did it and lost 9 pounds in one week. You don't have to just stick to water, coffee, herbal tea, squash and diet lemonade work as well. also, you can have the fruit and veg in any way you can think of, soups, raw, roasted (with 1 cal spray oil) boiled. ANything! As long as it doesant add any fats to it your fine, to keep you really healthy, try having meat and veg two to three times a week. Such as chicken but make sure you cook it in the healthiest way. (obviously if your vegetarian you wont mind) but i went mad without having meat so i was more likely to fail on the diet. Its easier to add it in healthily.

hey,
i've done the diet, the first thing is you will start to crave things like
sugar, carbs, and meat. (remember you really shouldn't completely take them out of your diet, they have things in them your body needs)
then you lose all your water weight (and you will have to go to the toilet a lot) but about 2 large cups a day are good. P.S. clear pee is good. means there's a lot of water in your sistem.
if you also exercise a little bit you can help tone areas of your body. (though if you do exercise eat after, to replace the energy you've just lost, you don't want to faint now do you LOL)Health Question & Answer
