i'm trying to lose weight too, Try to do push ups. About 10 in the morning, 10 at lunch or night time. It will tone up your arms. do it probably 5 days a week, I would run and do 20 crunches. and do this 5 times a week. you'll look slimmer. You won't notice but others will. and eat light breakfast food, eat normal... just cut half of the amount you eat.

instead of a big plate, get a small plate. Instead of soda, drink water.
drink 2 glasses of water before you eat ANYTHING. it will make you more full. Just don't eat any high fats. like fried food. Eat a lot of veggies. If you keep this up till the summer, you will look good, with a bikini body ;) oh yea drink 8 glasses of water. not only you'll look healthier but you'll feel more energized. think about the future
