Question: How can i lose 45 lbs. by the end of the summer.?
i need to lose 45 lbs. by the end of the summer. can someone give me some advice or tips.? i drink plenty of water. i hardly eat candy. but im depressed. im 16, 5'4, like 175 lbs. HELP PLEASE.?.?.?.?.?.?

Three things that can help you to achieve your goal:

1) Get Support - Find a friend who will support you (even exercise with you) and eat the way you do. Keep tabs on one another.
2) Exercise daily!!! Even 15 minutes will make a difference.
3) Start with a small goal (like 5 lbs). 45 lbs is an overwhelming number, but 5 lbs at a time will feel less daunting.

Try to eat similar to the way I do.
I'm a raw vegan who is currently watching the weight slide off, off course I'm exercising and I KNOW you know that no real weight loss is worth i with out exercise because you're just losing water weight and not toning.
Here's what I ate today.

Snack: A celery stick and a handful of parsley
Breakfast: A smoothie which was made off 1 bunch of spinach and the freshly squeezed juice of 2 apples, an orange and a kiwifruit. also I had an apple.
Snack: Raw almonds, wheatgrass shot and a juice of 2 carrots, 2 oranges, 1 beetroot, 1 apple and a handful of blueberries.
Lunch: Salad (capsicum, carrot, zucchini, raw Brazil nuts, soaked lentils and butter lettuce) also spinach and orange smoothie.
Snack: Raw almonds and a banana.
Dinner: Smoothie: Fresh coconut water, a punnet of blueberries, half a punnet of strawberries, ground flaxseed and a banana.
Supplements: 6 spirulina supplement pills with breakfast, 4 cholera/barley grass/spirulina supplement pills with dinner, a vitamin B12 supplement with lunch, an organic mineral supplement (sourced from plants) with second snack.
Tomorrow I plan on eating some more greens, like broccoli in between meals.Health Question & Answer

stick with things like fresh fruit, yogurt, healthy cereals, grains like with bread, rice, potatoes with no butter or just a very small amount and that's all, fresh veggies, meat. stay away from and fruit juices, soda, etc. go walking everyday if your able. eat small amounts through the day. if you don't eat very much your body will start to go into starvation mode and you won't continue to lose weight. you will also crave food even more. so if your hungry, grab a yogurt or some carrots.
