Question: How to loose weight by cutting calories.?
I am 21, 5 feet, six inches and weight 140 pounds.
I am not big but i have some trouble spots..inner thighs and some on the stomach.
How can i slim down and tone up.? How many calories should I eat.? (I walk an hour a day, with some running every once and a while, and every other day i do strength training in my room and jump rope to 177))Health Question & Answer

but you can cut trans fat, white flour, sugar (other than from fruits), and fried foods from your diet. eat lean proteiens, lots of green veggies, fruits, and whole grains.

To lose one pound of fat you need to expend 3500 calories more than you take in. There are multiple websites you can find to tell you the calories in certain foods and the calories you burn doing a certain activity for a certain time. Just look those things up and plan accordingly

funny you say that because im the same height, same weight age 22. I just joined a gym and am having great results!

Try to eat less calories that you are now. I switched from soda and juice to crystal light (only 5 calories 0 fat) which i think has helped. dont eat after 9. i think what your doing is great and you should seem some effects soon. walking and running will defintly help tone your legs and for stomach just do situps. they suck, but workHealth Question & Answer
