How does this diet sound so far?!
Question: How does this diet sound so far.?
8:30 am - cereal ( shredded wheat with skimmed milk )
12:00am a sandwich with brown nutty bread, cheese, light mayo, lettuce and tomato
4:00pm: 2 vegetarian sausages, a few oven baked fries( only a tiny handfull) and loads of carrots with a little bit of
gravy and onions
7:00pm: fruit salad ( 2 large strawberrys, 6 grapes, 1 small pear, 1 small kiwi, one large
apple, 1 orange, half banana
thats what i ate yesterday and i usually eat the same everyday.. i dont want to lose weight but i dont want to gain.

It sounds good, but I don't like the sound of the 4:00pm meal. I don't really think onions, gravy, carrots and fries go together. Don't you eat any snacks.? I mean, damn, maybe this is okay for you (I don't know how big you are), but I'm a pretty big guy and I don't think this would be enough for me. But I mean if it fills you up then that's awesome. The 30 min day run is also very good. You must be ultra fit. Keep it up :-)Health Question & Answer
So far, it's pretty good. And it's cool that you run for half an hour a day. But the only thing I suggest is having more varieties of foods, but knowing you and your type of diet, make sure it's healthy and vegetarian.
