Question: I want to go on a diet, what are some good things to eat while dieting, im 16 & weight 122..?
i normally weight 114.. i gained weight from munchies. i wanna weight 100. all of my weights in the wrongs places, like im 5'0. dont say i dont need to loose weight because i know i need to.

so what are some food you would recomend.? i love to eat, i love food.

You should be eating a healthy balanced diet. Try food such as grilled chicken (without the skin), fish such as salmon, fresh tuna and salads (without dressing). Maybe try some fruit smoothies. Instead of snacking try fruit. Search the internet for healthy snacks and recipes you will probably find plenty.
