Question: 5 ft 2 in trying to lose atleast ten pounds.?
I should probably lose more. But i want to set a smaller goal so i don't get frustrated. I purchased a stationary recumbent bike i love it. I use it about twice a day for thirty minutes a day. I use the pre programmed exercises that switch up the resistance throughout the workout. I eat pretty healthy. I want to know about how soon i will start to see results. I already feel better physically. i never understood how people said they were addicted to working out but i do know. I just turn on the radio and get to pedaling. It is good you are trying to lose weight slowly. It is not healthy to lose more than 5 pounds a month.
