Question: I hate my size compared to people in my race.?
I'm an asian and we are short and skinny stick people. Well, I'm short but I'm fat as hell. My mother and father aren't fat no matter how much they eat, but me, I'm bloating up like a WHALE. I hate being so chunky (4'10 and 125ish pounds) Yes, I know I'm overweight, but idk what to do. My bones are huge and I have a good amount of meat on my bones. Is there anyway I can appear thinner, because I do excersise regularly.Health Question & Answer

Well I'm Asian too, and it is no different. You can pretty much appear thinner, if you wear loose clothes, like sweats and whatnot. If you need to shed a few pounds you need to exercise more. How often are you exercising.? Make sure you get around an hour a day 5 days of the week. Make sure your diet is not too bad, you probably eat a lot of rice, but it shouldn't matter, just make sure you are on a calorie deficit, eat the foods you know you should be eating, and that's all there is to it.

Edit: Safe calorie deficit determines if you lose weight, doesn't matter how healthy the diet.Health Question & Answer
