Question: I just got a treadmill.......?
I just got a treadmill because i need exercise and want to loose some weight. I haven't been exercising in a while, and i want to know how i should start working out on it.? Like i know i want to start gradually and work my way up because i dont want my body to be in shock. So should i start like 30 min. a day, then work my way to 45 min. a day.? 30 min running on a treadmill is alot.
I suggest using the built in workouts, they usually have different levels. You don;t have to complete the whole workout, just until you feel your limit is reached and grdually work your way up to harder workouts.
ALWAYS vary workouts, if you stick to one workout, you won't build up resistance to anything else but those specific muscles usedHealth Question & Answer
