Question: How the hell do I get rid of my stomach.?
Here's the deal, I'm 16, I have a stomach, I don't think it's anything major, but it's enough for me not to want to wear anything tight or figure flattering, how do I get rid of it before summer.? Please help!Health Question & Answer

Im 16 too so hopefully we can relate.
Ive battled with weight for years. I now have a flat tummy, I even got a belly piercing for my new found success, these two things worked for me.

Im a dancer, and one thing that flattens a stomach before your eyes is that hip roll/wind/grind thing almost every girl knows how to do. Put on your ipod on a r&b/hip-hop song with a nice up-tempo beat and move your hips from side to side and around. Improvising works to, make up routines in your head an do them. Any type of moving is good for you.

The other thing, the leg lift is when you lay on the ground, put your hands under you (like under your butt), lift your legs and have them straight, lower them but stop about 2 inches from the ground and bring them up w.o bending your knees. Do about 15-20 reps twice a day.

with that, watch what you eat and drink hella water.

First, you might be thinking of how you would get rid of the TUMMY FAT
you can't get rid of your stomach... because it is an important part of your body... you need it for digesting^_^

anyways one thing that can reduce your tummy fat is that you should exercise a lot to produce sweat... eat low-calorie foods... drink drinks with L-Carnatine in it (it will help burn calories)... do ab exercises and drink cold water (drinking cold water makes your body feel cold... then the body will burn up calories to make the water the same temperature as your body)

crunches usually work but depending on how big your stomach is i doubt very seriously you'll loose it all in a month or 2 unless you work very very hard and you stick with it, another idea would be to either go to a gym and get a fitness trainer to help you meet your goals or even getting an exercise tape that works only on building up your abs.Health Question & Answer
