I hear that heat kills the protein, is that true, and at what temp can it be added to liquid.?Health Question & Answer

Sorry, I've not heard that. I've added it to just about everything. Spaghetti sauce, soup, salsa, seriously, everything. I told my sugreon about it and he said it was great. Of course, I do not heat anything to boiling. Usually just warm enough to eat.Health Question & Answer
