It's ok, but it is a sweetened cereal. Add some raspberries, bananas, raisins, blueberries or strawberries. Better yet, switch to a whole wheat cereal and add fruit. The soymilk is great. also, try eating oatmeal a few mornings...it's really the best for you..You can add fruit, honey and soymilk in it.Health Question & Answer

Its not the healthiest of options as any cereal that uses "honey" in the title usually is going to have alot of sugar in it. Plain oats with cinnamon and almonds would be a much better option IMOHealth Question & Answer
