Question: Yesterday i got my finger jammed it really hurts.?!!.?
Yesterday during Jeet Kune Do we were playing a touch game and this guy hit my left ring finger really hard and it feels liked it's locked and it really hurts anyone have an idea how to ease the pain.?Health Question & Answer

it's probably swollen, so ice it. or do little stretching excersices (slowly) and run under cold water. other than that, there's not much you can do. maybe tylenol. good luck.Health Question & Answer
