What is perfect driving posture for sitting?!
Question: What is perfect driving posture for sitting.?
Whenever i sit in a car, the part where you rest your head makes me slump forward and i can't sit right. My back feels rounded and my shoulders hunched, its very unconfortable. I can't raise my head to look up. So how do you sit in a car with perfect posture.? I can't find it any where in google.Health Question & Answer

Pull your seat forward, toward the pedals, until your knees are bent and slightly higher than your hips and your thighs are parallel to the floor. Use a small cushion behind the small of your back or use the seat adjustment available in some cars to support the curve in your back.
