Question: Do high arches cause any problems.?
I have really high arches on my feet. Any time i wear flats you can see the arch on my feet sticking up. also when i tie my shoes i have to tie them lose cause my arches are so high. thses are then only cons i have noticed. what are the pros and cons of high arches.?Health Question & Answer

I also have very high arches. They are good and bad. My brother has FLAT feet. It is painful for him somtimes. I have the oppistite. I was very close to a stress fracture in my arch because I wore shoes with no arch support. I wear arch supports in all of my shoes now. But, I have heard it is good to have high arches because you can do more things without pain if you have good supports.Health Question & Answer
