PSP Battery Smoke Problem!?!

Question: PSP Battery Smoke Problem!.?

So I was trying to open my PSP battery to make a pandora battery and i'm guessing I got the battery cell by accident. It suddenly started spewing smoke for 2-5 seconds followed by a little flame that lasted about half a second. I didn't know what to do so I threw the battery in the garage. But I think I inhaled some of the smoke by accident. What should I do.?Health Question & Answer
