Ummm....no. The anatomy of your ear and skull provide barriers to this. There would have to be damage to the ear for it to occur.

There is no direct connection from the ear canal to the throat. There is a tube (eustacion) from the INNER ear to the throat (that's what causes ears to pop); the tympanic membrane seals the external canal from the inner ear. If you perforated your tympanic membrane, technically it could then get into the eustacion tube; however, most people know when they perforate the TM & wouldn't put anything in their ear.Health Question & Answer
There might be a chance that some of it can go into ur throat, but most likely if you feel something in your throat it is probably post nasal mucus, and that is probably why ur ears would get clogged in the first place.Health Question & Answer
