Answers:
1. Get off the computer. Eye strain can cause those twitches in certain persons.
2, To find a solution for twitching eyes, we needed to determine the underlying cause of this annoying problem. Called myokymia in doctor lingo, these rippling muscle contractions in an eyelid can be triggered by:
* Stress
* Tiredness
* Eyestrain
* Caffeine
* Alcohol
* Dry eyes
* Nutritional imbalances
* Allergies
so, if they are nothing more than a nuisance, just see if you can find the triggers and avoid them.Health Question & Answer

I have that too sometimes.. it's just your nerve in the eyelid or somewhere around that area.. there's nothing you can really do about it.. just try not to strain it when that happens.. like try to just close your eyes and relax..
answer mine please!
