Yes you can, use some nail polish remover on a cotton swab, ask a friend for help because you need two hands : ) then gently stroke the bond with the swab and carefully inch your finger and ear apart. It may hurt for a sec but it would be better then keeping your hand up there for another couple weeks. or you could simply yank it off.
