a couple days ago. I'm pretty sure I pulled my extensor digitorum longus tendon. It's pretty much healed now, just some soreness/tenderness, but how do I prevent it from getting damaged any further.? (my job requires alot of running, jumping, etc.)Health Question & Answer

You probably shouldnt go to work for a few days. (where do you work that requires alot of running and jumping.?.?.?) Anyway, that kind of stuff is obviously not good for your ankle and may lead to more serious complications. Take it easy for a few daysHealth Question & Answer
