i wake up at 5am to go to work monday to friday but at the weekend i want to lay in but my body clock won't let me, so as a result i'm tired again on monday morning. how can i reprogram my body clock.?Health Question & Answer

Sometimes I had that problem on the same schedule. Stay up longer on Friday night and Saturday night. That might make your body able to stay in bed after 5 a.m. because you will tireder than normal.
also, sometimes your body adjusts so it can sense the time and wake you without an alarm clock.
Try to do something physically tiring on Sunday afternoon - long walk, bike ride, going to the gym, dancing. Stop watching TV early in the evening and don't try to read in bed.
Maybe even get up on Sunday at 5 a.m. and do something vigorous, then try to get a nap. Health Question & Answer
