What exercise can I do with whiplash?!
Question: What exercise can I do with whiplash.?
I am suffering from whiplash, even walking hurts currently, is there any exercise I can do, as I have just spent a year losing weight and don't want to put it all back on again!!Health Question & Answer

Suck it up and walk anyway, or try exercise bicycling, or a pulley-type rowing machine. Speed weight-lifting (minimal rest breaks) is good for weight control and also good for the heart, but not quite the same cardio work as the other exercises listed.Health Question & Answer
