Question: Do my coaches have right to make my abs and legs sting.?
from lots of push ups, pull ups, sit ups and football practices.?

i know it seems like am a sissy but they made me do extra and my abs hurt so much i cant stand up with out almost crying
its not sore it stings

Answers:
Take a regular size recommended dose of Ibuprofen for your age & size, and put ice packs on the sore areas for 20 minutes at a time, and then half hour off.
You can also rub the sorest muscles with an ice cube held in a wash clothe. Let the ice contact the skin over the muscles directly, and then gently press down and vibrate the cube against the skin. As soon as that area gets numb, slide over to the area next to it and keep gently wiggling the ice against the skin, and then sliding it from spot-to-spot, until one large ice cube melts away, or about 3-6 minutes. (depending on the size of area you are working on.)
If you are REALLY stiff and in pain in THREE days, then this WAS an excessive work-out and worth complaining about. If the stiffness is gone by taking Ibuprofen with breakfast, within two days, then you are just building muscles, dude.Health Question & Answer

stretch it out and heat it up put some bengay on it or some tiger balm and it willstill hurt i know it hurts and all but if you keep doing them at home then it will stop hurting and after a month if your skinny then you will get a six pack or if you lucky an eight packHealth Question & Answer
