just wondering, because i weighed myself before and after and they are exactly the same, i am using a digital scales and on level ground etc, just wondering because it seems to defy logic!Health Question & Answer

It does make a difference though the scales might not measure it - you would have to dump half a pound or more I think for them to notice the change. That's quite a big job to do.Health Question & Answer
You can't really expect a few ounces..... or even a good few ounces to be totally noticable on a pair of bathroom scales! Scales measure pounds and kilogrammes and even one of either would hardly move the scale. Taking your shirt off wouldn't make much difference either.
