I need help every night for the past 2 weeks i have had a cramp in my thy and it hurts like hell any advice is good.Health Question & Answer

i won't claim to have any kind of medical knowledge, but I do know that not drinking enough water can be a contributing factor to cramping muscles.and your diet might be low on potassium. So I eat a banana a day- no more cramps
