Hurt a small area of my wrist. Should I be concerned about this?!
Question: Hurt a small area of my wrist. Should I be concerned about this.?
I was walking out the door of my bedroom and I swung my arm and my wrist hit rough part of the door. I also had a charm bracelet on which I think is what mainly cut it. It didn't hurt much at first, but it after a while I felt an unusual prickling pain. Sort of like it was being poked with something sharp. Now the area is a little swollen and is lighter than the rest of the skin on my wrist. Should I be concerned.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
Its possible it's infected slightly. What I would do is hold it under luke warm water and lightly dab it dry and then if you have this use hydrogen peroxide. May hurt but it'll feel a lot better.Health Question & Answer
you might have a hairline fracture so I would go and get an x-ray done just to be on the safe side, also ice it for a full 15mins it will take down the swelling... put it in a sling to re-leave pressureHealth Question & Answer
