Well this morning i woke up with a minor headache and i thought of it as nothing. through the day it started getting worse and i decided to take some Tylenol and it hasn't helped that was about 45 minutes ago and it was rapid release it hasn't worked and i just ate and it hasn't helped. You might have a migraine. Tylenol never seems to work for me either. The thing is now you can't really take anything else for another couple of hours. Try drinking something with caffeine like a Mountain Dew because the caffeine will help. also wet a wash cloth, ring it out, and warm it in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Then put this on your fore head. The wet heat helps open the capillaries and relieve the pain. You will probably need someone to help you with this so you can lay down and they can reheat the wash cloth for you because it cools down rather quickly. In a couple of hours I would take 4 Advil.Health Question & Answer
In another hour and 15 minutes, you can take 2 ibuprofen (advil, aleve, etc.).
In the meantime, try drinking some caffeine which will affect the blood vessels in your brain in a way that CAN relieve pain. The equivelent of one can of soda will do, but more than that could make it worse by causing a rebound "caffeine headache."Health Question & Answer

not trying be mean or anything, but ive had this same headache for over 3 days now. i was in the hospital this week. & they dont know why i have them. they have been trying to figure out for the past 5 years.
now seriously; some of us have some more problems than a minor headache.

Did you drink a lot the night before.? Or are you under a lot of stress.? If so then there isn't serious to worry about.Health Question & Answer
