Question: Why is it that when you watch a T.V. show that you sometimes adapt the characters problems as your own.?
For instance, I was watching Friday Night Lights, and one of the characters was going through a rough patch. Now I'm like super depressed just because I watched the show but I don't know why its really weird. Does anyone else ever feel this way.?Health Question & Answer

It is because you are a compassionate person. Very few of those people out there. Im one of them however. I watched steve wilkos show about this dad crying because his son is a drug dealer at age 11 or 12.
They showed his son being put in jail with prisoners and his dad talking to him outside the cell crying saying why did it have to come to this and how much it kills him, and hte son began crying, and i cried for both of them.Health Question & Answer
